Biosensor is a new technique for analyse in clinical, and the advantages of biosensors are obvious: high specificity, short time, simplicity and low cost of analysis, etc. One important developing direction of biosensor is miniaturization. For this purpose, biosensors have to enhance the current response. The application of nanoparticles in enzyme immobilization will help to reach this goal. The results will make a basis of designing the molecule biosensor, and improving the performance of biosensor. It can make a basis of research and experimentation of the use of nanoparticles in biomedical engineering. Innovation point: Nanoparticles can significantly enhance the catalytic activity of the immobilization enzyme. The current response is increased from tens of nanoamperometer (nA) to thousands of nanoamperometer to the same glucose concentration. Advantage: Nanoparticles are used as new optical and electronic materials due to their interesting electrical, optical, magnetic and catalytic special properties. Economic benefit: The silica and platinum nanoparticles of 3 yuan could replace GOD of 1480 yuan. Calibration curves of the electrodes containing
