　　Prof. Yang received his B. S. degree in Peking University in 1964, and then worked in IPC, ACS. He once went to Department of macromolecule, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, and Institute of Macromolecule Chemistry, Australian Academy of Science as academic visitor. His research mainly focused on the theory and application of light-polymerization, light crosslinking, light graft of light-sensitive macromolecules. Recently, he has been chief undertaker of many research projects, and has converted the scientific research to market products. Prof. Yang has received a number of awards, including CAS awards in Science& Technology Progress and National Award in Science& Technology Progress. He has authored over 500 journal articles indexed by SCI and EI including ‘J. Am. Chem. Soc.’, ‘J.Photopolymer Science and Technology’, ‘Chinese J.of Polymer Science’, and ‘Cinese J. of Chemistry’.
