Anti-counterfeiting Metal Pigment

The self-assembly technology was novelly used to arrange composite nanoparticles into specific microstructure. The optical magic profiling can be tuned by the size of nanocomposites and the assembly way. At the same time, because the specific magnetic and infrared fluorescence optical characteristics of nanocomposites, this technology is a high-tech integrated anti-counterfeiting technology.                                  

Metal pigments, as decorative materials, are widely used in vehicle painting, decoration of public places, billboards, packaging and household products. In China, because of restriction of technology, equipment, and other reasons, metallic pigment products are only ancient aluminum, copper and brass pigments. And the colorful metal pigments are not yet developed. The current domestic colorful pigments are totally dependent on importation.                                                      
Antibacterial Agent Textile

 The inorganic antibacterial agents are prepared by nano-loading technology. The as-prepared nano-loading antibacterial agents present many advantages such as rapidness, stability, tastelessness, nontoxicity, and non-stimulation. Moreover, they can release negative ions. The inorganic antibacterial agents have been used as coatings in subway, underground passages and hotels.

Our group has explored a novel nano-multifunctional finishing technology of textile, which can turn keratin porous textiles  from hydrophobic to hydrophilic, make people more comfortable and endow wool products many new features. Its new properties will still remain intact even when the clothes are washed many times in accordance with international standards.
